I have and will continue to recommend Joe Plaia for an attorney time and time again. Joe was my attorney in 2015 for a landlord/tenant problem (I was the tenant). When I described to Joe some of the actions by my Landlord he was very sympathetic. At the time, I had no idea what my rights were and to what extent my landlord was violating the law.

Within 24 hours Joe filed suit in the court and my landlord was served. This allowed me time to pack and properly move out of the residence without being harassed during the process.
